8+ Years Mediation Experience

Mr. Johnson has become a go-to mediator in high-stakes personal injury litigation, frequently retained by the top lawyers in California to mediate the most difficult and complex cases. He regularly resolves cases involving seven and eight-figure demands, often with multiple layers of insurance and parties.

Mr. Johnson grew up in the San Fernando Valley, the son of a trial lawyer. He attended Georgetown University, returning to Los Angeles to attend law school at Loyola Marymount. Upon graduation, Mr. Johnson served in the trial and appellate divisions of the United States Navy JAG Corps.

In 2008, Mr. Johnson joined the highly regarded plaintiffs firm of Grassini & Wrinkle where he established himself as one of the top young trial lawyers in California. Among other accomplishments, he won over $70 million in first chair trial verdicts, became one of the youngest members ever admitted to the Los Angeles chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and was elected a three time finalist for the prestigious CAALA Trial Lawyer of the Year award.

In 2018, Mr. Johnson was ready for the next challenge. He left a thriving trial practice to become a full time mediator. Since then, Mr. Johnson has mediated over 1500 litigated cases throughout California. Attorneys on both sides of the aisle appreciate his subject matter expertise, preparation and dogged determination.
