Mr. Johnson believes that preparation is critical. He will review the briefs thoroughly, conduct appropriate research, and reach out to the parties beforehand with any pertinent questions.

Communication

Clear communication is the key to success. Mr. Johnson is available for pre-mediation conferences as needed. He promotes the active sharing of information, and will always encourage open, frank and constructive discussions between the parties.

Determination

Mediation takes patience and a "never give up" attitude. When cases don't settle at mediation, Mr. Johnson routinely follows up with the parties in some cases for months or even years.
